Hi, I'm Justice Williamson, the founder and baker behind Justice Served Sweet. My love for baking grew into something much bigger after spending time in the kitchen with my daughter, Layla. She loves to pretend cook, and watching her creativity inspired me to turn my passion into a business our family could be proud of.

Q How do I place an order?

Orders are open 24/7 on the Justice Served Sweet website. Browse the menu, select your treats and flavors, choose pickup or an available drop-off, and complete checkout. Please order at least 3 days before your requested pickup or drop-off.

Q What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Zelle.

Q How does Zelle payment work?

If you choose Zelle at checkout, send payment to Zelle tag JSSLLC. Payment must be received within 30 minutes and must include your name in the memo. Orders not paid within 30 minutes are automatically canceled. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Q How far in advance should I place my order?

Please allow a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) to prepare your order. Everything is baked fresh to order. Large orders, holidays, and custom requests may require additional notice. Pickup and drop-off dates are subject to availability.

Q Can I place a custom or large event order?

Yes. Justice Served Sweet accepts orders for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations, corporate events, holidays, and other special occasions. Contact us early to discuss availability.

Q Can I change or cancel my order?

To request a cancellation, email justiceservedsweet.llc@gmail.com with your name and order number at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery and before preparation begins. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once preparation has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. If Justice Served Sweet needs to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Q Where do I pick up my order?

Pickup is available in Hillsborough, New Jersey. After placing your order, you’ll receive the exact address for our public meetup location in your confirmation email.

Q Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery to select New Jersey ZIP codes on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Your delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address. $5 — Hillsborough 08844 $10 — Somerville, Raritan, Bridgewater, Bound Brook, South Bound Brook, and Somerset 08876, 08869, 08807, 08805, 08880, 08873 $15 — Flemington, New Brunswick, and Piscataway 08822, 08901, 08854 Please order at least 72 hours in advance. Available dates and times are shown at checkout. Delivery outside our listed ZIP codes may be available by request for an additional fee. Q What happens after I place my order?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please allow at least 3 days (72 hours) for preparation. Your pickup or drop-off date and time will be confirmed based on availability. If your confirmation email doesn’t arrive, check your Spam or Junk folder.

Q What if I'm running late for pickup?

Contact us as soon as possible before your scheduled pickup time. We'll do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.

Q Do you ship your desserts?

At this time we offer local pickup and select New Jersey drop-offs only. Shipping is not currently available.

Q How should I store my treats?

Keep cookies and brownies in an airtight container at room temperature. Refrigerate cake jars and frosted desserts. Enjoy within a few days or freeze for longer storage. Instructions may vary by product.

Q Can I freeze my treats?

Yes! Our treats can be frozen for approximately 3 months in airtight, freezer-safe packaging. For the best quality, freeze them while they’re still fresh.

Q Do your products contain allergens?

Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe food allergy, please consider this before ordering.

Q What is your refund policy?

Every dessert is made fresh to order, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits unless an error was made on our part.

Q What if there's a problem with my order?

If there is an issue due to an error on our part, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photos so we can review the situation and make it right.

Q What happens if I miss my pickup?

Orders not picked up during the scheduled window without prior communication are considered abandoned. Because every order is baked fresh to order there are no refunds, replacements, or store credit, and orders cannot be held for another day.

Yes. Justice Served Sweet is a licensed New Jersey Cottage Food Bakery. Products are prepared in a home kitchen operating under New Jersey Cottage Food regulations.

Justice Served Sweet was created around a courtroom theme inspired by my name, Justice, and my daughter Layla, whose love for baking inspired this journey. Every treat gets a unique Case File name to make every order a fun experience.
