Yes. Justice Served Sweet accepts orders for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, graduations, corporate events, holidays, and other special occasions. Contact us early to discuss availability.

To request a cancellation, email justiceservedsweet.llc@gmail.com with your name and order number at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery and before preparation begins. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once preparation has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. If Justice Served Sweet needs to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Yes! We offer local delivery to select New Jersey ZIP codes on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Your delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your address. $5 — Hillsborough 08844 $10 — Somerville, Raritan, Bridgewater, Bound Brook, South Bound Brook, and Somerset 08876, 08869, 08807, 08805, 08880, 08873 $15 — Flemington, New Brunswick, and Piscataway 08822, 08901, 08854 Please order at least 72 hours in advance. Available dates and times are shown at checkout. Delivery outside our listed ZIP codes may be available by request for an additional fee. Yes! Our treats can be frozen for approximately 3 months in airtight, freezer-safe packaging. For the best quality, freeze them while they’re still fresh.

Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe food allergy, please consider this before ordering.

If there is an issue due to an error on our part, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include photos so we can review the situation and make it right.

Orders not picked up during the scheduled window without prior communication are considered abandoned. Because every order is baked fresh to order there are no refunds, replacements, or store credit, and orders cannot be held for another day.
